1. Expression of consent
By clicking the consent button during registration or in the AutoInfo interface, the user freely, voluntarily and in his own interest gives the operator a specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of data in the scope and for the purposes of this document.

- Telegram/MAX identifiers, authorization data and phone number, if provided;
- internal and public ID, language, country, city, preferences and sessions;
- country of registration, number and photo of the car;
- photos, videos, recognition and moderation results;
- Communications, publications, complaints and appeals;
- travel and dating data, feedback and chats;
- Community cards, service requests and orders;
- referral information, balance and bonus history;
- IP, device, browser, cookies, logs and security events.
3. Objectives
Registration and authorization; delivery of notifications; operation of cars, QR, users, tapes, registrars, trips, dating and bonuses; moderation; number recognition; fraud and spam protection; support, analytics and law enforcement.
4. Permitted transactions
The user agrees to the collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, comparison, automatic analysis, de-identification, blocking, deletion and destruction of data, as well as the transfer to authorized processors to the extent necessary.
5. Automatic processing
Permitted are: number plate recognition, local technical verification of photos, videos and sample images, text OCR, QR code detection, contact, link, payment data, threats, abuse, harassment, fraud and spam, filtering, trip matching ranking and evaluation of suspicious activity. The results and reasons of the verification may be available to an authorized moderator. This consent does not allow biometric identification without separate consent and legal basis.
6. Transfer and time limit
The data may be transferred to hosting, databases, messengers, notification services, recognition, analytics and support. The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, the account is deleted or revoked, unless storage is required by law, dispute or defense of rights.
7. Recall
You can withdraw your consent by deleting your account or by writing to autoinfo.rf@mail.ru. You must confirm that you own the account. The withdrawal does not make previously performed processing unlawful and may stop functions that need the relevant data.
