1. Scope
The policy applies to the website, PWA, Telegram bots and MAX and related features of AutoInfo. It describes the data, purposes, grounds, transfer, storage and rights of users.
2. What data is processed
- Telegram/MAX identifiers, authorization data and phone number, if it is actually transmitted;
- internal and public ID, language, preferences and sessions;
- country, city of "My Home" and choice of geofilters;
- country of registration, license plate and photo of the car;
- photos, videos, recognition and moderation results;
- template messages, complaints, blocks and support requests;
- routes, dates, prices, luggage and deviation in “Trips”;
- goals, photos, responses and chats in “Meetings”;
- Community cards, service requests and orders;
- referral data, balance and bonus history;
- IP address, device, browser, technical logs, cookies and security events.
3. Objectives and rationale
Data is used for registration, delivery of messages by vehicle number without disclosing contacts, operation of vehicles, QR, users, tape, registrants, trips, dating and bonuses, moderation, recognition, spam protection, support, analytics and law enforcement. The grounds are consent, performance of the agreement, legitimate interest in security and other grounds permitted by applicable law.
4. Publicity and automated processing
Only data selected by the user or marked by the interface becomes public. Phones and messenger accounts are not shown. On the operator's infrastructure, numbers can be automatically recognized, metadata, text, QR codes and media frames can be checked, contacts, links, payment details, threats, abuse, harassment, fraud and spam can be detected, filters can be applied and trip matches can be ranked. For video dating presentations, speech is temporarily decrypted by a local model to check for speech, contacts and advertising; the decryption is not stored in the profile or passed on to a third-party recognition service. The result of the verification, reasons, risk score and security logs can be stored and passed on to an authorized moderator.
5. Processors and transfer
The data may be processed by hosting, databases, messengers, notification, recognition, analytics and support services to the extent necessary. Data is transferred to government authorities upon legal request.
6. Storage
The data is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose, account, dispute, security and legal requirements. The dating profile is deleted from the general list after 48 hours by default or earlier; the period may be changed by the service configuration. The materials of the initiated chat can be stored until deletion taking into account security logs. The final table of retention periods is approved by the operator before launch.
7. Cookies, security and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies are used for authentication and security. Non-essential analytics are only enabled if required by law. Access to phones and accounts is granted to the operator and separately authorized employees; access restriction, logs, reservation and secure connection are used.
8. User rights
Within the limits of applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, objection and review of automated decisions. The request should be sent to autoinfo.rf@mail.ru; the operator may ask for proof of ownership of the account.
9. Minors and changes in the
“Meetings” is available only to persons 18+. If unlawful data of a minor is discovered, the operator takes measures to remove it. The new version of the Policy is published with the date of modification.
