1. General
AutoInfo is an information service for contacting drivers by vehicle registration number and using additional user functions. It is not a carrier, dating service, telecommunications operator, insurance, emergency, law enforcement or road service. Using the service means acceptance of these Rules, Privacy Policy and applicable consents.
General rule for images: banners, advertising inserts, QR codes and phone numbers are not allowed on uploaded and published photos. It is also forbidden to place other contact or personal data of third parties without legal grounds.
2. Registration, account and profile photo
- Login to PWA is done through the official AutoInfo bot in Telegram or MAX; there is no separate registration within PWA.
- After the login is confirmed, an account and an internal public ID are created.
- The user is responsible for the security of the messenger account and is not allowed to create duplicates for the purpose of fraud or bypassing the blocking.
- If abuse is suspected, the operator may request confirmation, restrict the function or block the account.
The profile photo must be the user's own, and must not contain banners, QR codes, phones, prohibited material, other people's personal information, deceptive editing, excessive retouching, or signs of generation.
3. “Send” and communication by vehicle number
The user uploades a photo of the car with a readable number, confirms the recognized number and selects a template message. The photo can be verified automatically and by a moderator. The message is delivered only if the car is registered and notifications are enabled.
4. Communications
The section contains incoming, outgoing and informational messages. Templates are used for primary communication; frequency can be limited to protect against spam. Dating messages remain within the "Dating" section. Enabled notifications can be duplicated in Telegram, MAX and PWA.
A photo of a real car with a clearly legible license plate is accepted for verification. Banners, QR codes, phones, screenshots, collages, number plate substitution, heavy editing and generated images are not allowed.
5. Auto
Up to five vehicles can be registered at the same time. The first five registrations are available without a weekly interval; after that, a new car can be added no more than once every seven days. Deleting a car does not reset the registration history. The user confirms the legal basis to manage the car card. Photos are published voluntarily and may be moderated.
6. "AutoInfo QR"
The original and individual QR-codes lead to the information page of the service and are not tied to the number of a specific car. Individual version is distinguished by the ability to choose the color and inscription. Before making the sticker user checks the readability of the code and the transition to the official address AutoInfo. It is forbidden to replace the address, use QR for phishing or mislead people.
7. Users
The country and city filters are for the selected view and do not have to match "My home". The publisher confirms the rights to the photo and must exclude unnecessary personal data of third parties. Other people's photos, banners, advertising, QR codes, phones, watermarks, collages, strong montage, prohibited materials and images with unnecessary personal data of outsiders are not accepted.
8. Lenta
The ribbon contains the project material and allowed publications, filtered by country and city. The last filter can be saved separately for the section. Illegal material, threats, discrimination, personal data without reason, malicious links, unauthorized advertising and copyright infringement are forbidden. Materials can be moderated and deleted.
9. “Recorders”
No more than one road video per seven days is accepted for moderation, lasting up to 45 seconds. From a longer recording, the user selects a fragment. Publication is not guaranteed. You can not upload videos with added banners, advertising, QR codes, phones, private conversations, degrading scenes, restricted access information, false descriptions and materials without the necessary rights.
By submitting a video for publication and confirming the consent in the upload form, the user allows AutoInfo to use the published video or its fragment in the Sunday cut of recordings from video recorders for the world tape. The permission includes the selection of the fragment, cropping, joining with other permitted recordings, placing and displaying the cut in the service without additional remuneration. The copyright to the source video remains with the user; he confirms that he has the rights necessary for such use. The duration of a single fragment and the whole cut is set in the administrative panel. Videos uploaded before this consent appears without separate permission are not included in the cut.
10. Travel
The price does not exclude the coincidence of the route; among several matches above may be shown the closest in price. In the request the driver may be shown the passenger's place of residence, luggage and deviation from the route. After confirming the request, a free correspondence opens with a warning of local automatic verification. AutoInfo is not a carrier and does not guarantee the identity, car, route, price or safety of participants.
Publishing a trip deducts 50 points. In case of a technical service error, the points are returned; other refund rules must be shown before confirming the transaction. A refund may be denied in case of abuse.
11. "Dating"
The section is available only to persons 18+. For the profile separately selected country and city of encounter, goal and photo; they are not taken automatically from the profile. Profile is displayed 48 hours by default; the period can be changed by setting the service. The user can delete it earlier. For the response is enough permitted photo and purpose - a separate public profile is not necessary.
Only one adult person is allowed on the dating photo. The face must be clearly visible, and the photo must be current and belong to the user. Photos with other people, other people's photos, banners, advertising, QR codes, phones, screenshots, collages, images with captions, strong retouching or filters, montage, signs of generation, as well as explicit and other prohibited materials are not accepted.
The video presentation lasts no more than 20 seconds. In the frame there must be one adult participant of the profile, who clearly tells about himself and the purposes of the meeting. No gluing of several scenes, collages, banners, QR-codes, advertising, links, phone numbers and other contacts in the frame or speech. The video is automatically checked for frames, sharp transitions and local speech decoding. These checks may be incorrect and do not guarantee the identification or detection of any montage. In the case of automatic rejection, the user sees the reason and can request a review.
After a mutual match, a chat opens inside Avtoinfo. Sharing contacts, links and usernames through the chat is not supported. The profile and photo may remain in an existing chat; either participant can delete the chat or block the other person. Publishing a dating profile deducts 50 points.
Free messages in "Travel" and "Meetings" are automatically analyzed on the server before sending. The checks detect contacts and links, payment details, threats, insults, harassment, fraudulent language, spam and circumvention of restrictions. The message may be blocked and the disputed case referred to an authorized moderator. Frequency and volume limits apply.
12. Bonuses
Points are internal units, not money or electronic money. They are not exchangeable for cash.
- own registration: +100 points;
- confirmed registration of the user by personal link: +50;
- first accepted publication of photos of each car in "Users": +50;
- received video from the recorder: +50, not more than one accrual in seven days;
- Accommodation: -50
- posting of a dating profile: -50.
The referral credit is applied once after the registration through the official bot is completed. Credits are cancelled for self-invitation, duplicates, automation and recruiting. The new values are applied to future operations after the publication of updated rules.
For the referral program, statuses are applied according to the number of users attracted: "Researcher" - up to 5, "Consultant" - from 6 to 10, "Specialist" - from 11 to 20, "Master" - from 21. If the user registered via the link makes a confirmed purchase from the partner via the affiliate link, the referrer may be awarded 15, 20, 25 or 30 percent of the AutoInfo commission, respectively, and not from the full purchase price. The terms of the specific offer and the actual assessment are shown separately.
The recipient of a useful template message can thank the sender once with a transfer of 50, 100 or 200 points. The transfer is only performed with sufficient balance, cannot be cancelled and is limited to a total of 1,000 points per day.
13. Settings, My Home and Notifications
The user chooses the type of the main screen, additional sections and notification channels. The country and city of "My home" are applied to local newsletters and do not limit the filters in other sections.
13A. "Communities" and "Services"
In the "Communities" user can place a card of the car community with the name, description, image, allowed links and specified by him contact administrator without a phone number. Cards are moderated, filtered by geography and car parameters. The creator is responsible for the rights to the name, image and links, can edit or delete his card. AutoInfo is not responsible for the content of external resources of the community.
The Services may include partner offers, including insurance, spare parts and repairs. The insurance application is sent to an authorized employee or partner with the contact and vehicle data necessary for communication and policy selection. The price, contract, payment, performance and liability for the good or service are determined by the respective partner's terms. Before sending additional data, the user receives the necessary information in the interface.
14. Prohibited activities
- fake messages, spam, cheating, bypassing limits and blocks;
- Harassment, threats, extortion and attempts to reveal someone else ' s contacts;
- Automated collection, copying or selling of data;
- interference with the service, malicious code and attempts to gain external or administrative access;
- illegal content and violation of third-party rights.
15. Moderation and blocking
The automatic local means and authorized employees may check materials, correspondence and actions within the assigned powers. For photos, format, resolution, metadata, duplicates, OCR of text and contacts, QR-codes and visual anomalies are checked. For videos, duration, safe transcoding and sample frames are additionally checked. Uncertain result is sent to manual moderation. In case of rejection, the service shows the reason and a link to the appropriate paragraph of these Rules. The operator has the right to reject the material, delete the publication, restrict the function, freeze points or block the account. The decision can be appealed through autoinfo.rf@mail.ru.
16. Responsibility and emergencies
The service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee continuity, error-free, delivery, accuracy of user information and the outcome of agreements. In case of threat to life, health, property or safety, official emergency services should be contacted.
17. Changing Rules and Deleting Accounts
The new version is published with the updated date. The user can stop using and request the deletion of the account via autoinfo.rf@mail.ru; the information may be retained if required by law, dispute or protection against abuse.
